I have added my custom modified, CCIM APOD to the Real Estate Forms section.

Good stuff. Do you have a format that ACTUALLY DOES the calculating or is that infringing on CCIM copyrights?

This is within the CCIM copyrights.
The Excel sheet will do the calculations if you “enable Macros” in your security settings of Excel.
